Meet Gayle
Hi, my name is Gayle and I am located in Tamatea.
I am a Level 4 Qualified Educarer and I have been with Bright Futures since July 2007.
I have been an Educarer for over 20 years and have cared for many children over that time. I have enjoyed keeping up to date with new training and learning methods. I have many years of life experience and two children of my own. Children are different in so many ways and being an Educarer, it is my job to recognise these differences and provide learning opportunities to encourage learning experiences.
Teaching manners, caring and providing an environment to explore is the most important part of my job.
Welcoming not only the child but the whole whānau into my home and letting them become an extension of my on family helps with the transition from their home to an at home care situation.
