Meet Krystyna
I have been working as an Educarer for Bright Futures the past 13 years. My home is situated in Napier South. My husband and I have two beautiful children and three wonderful grandchildren and one great grandchild.
I strive to provide quality care & education in a safe, warm homely environment where all children are treated as individuals. I teach with kindness & patience and ensure that all children learn in their own time and at their own pace. I provide a learning environment where children become competent and confident learners – I do this by building strong relationships not only with the child but with the child’s whānau.
I have a lovely home where children can play safely outdoors, exploring the natural environment at their own pace. This unhurried manner allows children time to make sense of the world around them which is vital to their development and fosters confidence and self-esteem.
We like to get out and about in the wider community such as going for walks, visiting local parks and meeting up with other Educarers and their care children which gives children opportunities to connect with others and build important social skills.
