Meet Tarsh
Hello, my name is Tarsh and I am a homebased Educarer located in Flaxmere.
I am a mother to four lovely children and have been working as an Educarer for the past 16 years.
I enjoy working with children in a small group setting, I believe this allows me to give each individual child the care and attention that they need to feel safe, secure and a sense of belonging. We also enjoy getting out and about and taking learning from the world around us. I attend Bright Futures playgroups, tumbling tots and outings to the local parks throughout the week.
I believe that children learn in their own way and at their own pace, therefore I encourage free play in a relaxed and nurturing environment whilst offering opportunities for children to extend their play and learning through a variety of suggestions and activities.
