Meet Roylene
Kia ora my name is Roylene, I am a qualified early childhood teacher with 15 years experience working in centres around Hawke’s Bay. I am very excited to be able to offer home based care and education through the awesome team at Bright Futures.
I endeavour to provide quality care & education in a calm, relaxing homely environment. I believe in offering children authentic learning opportunities in an unhurried and nurturing atmosphere where children are able to extend and enhance their learning and development at their own pace.
I am an advocate of play based learning, allowing children to test ideas, work through uncertainties, explore social interactions and make sense of the world around them which is vital to their development while fostering their confidence and self-esteem.
My home is situated in the heart of Flaxmere, my husband and I have 5 beautiful children. Our youngest son born Feb 2017 and myself look forward to meeting new friends and developing strong relationships with local whānau and their children.
