Meet Yvonne
I am located in Tamatea and have been caring and teaching children for over 17 years.
I have a Level 4 certificate in early childhood education and love being a part of children’s learning. Every day is different, every child is different – children have an innate appetite for learning when they feel safe, settled and happy.
The children I care for become part of my extended family, I believe as Educarers we need to work with parents for our children’s well-being.
My home is a large, safe and welcoming space with different areas for activities and play.
I teach children respect for others and their things. Compassion and kindness is big in our household. I am also trained and experienced in caring for children with special needs.
